Annual Garage and Plant Sale
May 1st is the date for our Annual Garage and Plant Sale.
We need volunteers to start plants in their homes that we can later transplant for sale. Even if you are not a green-thumb, you can acquire some starter pots, a little soil, and a few seeds to get things started. The club will help with your cost. If you are willing to participate, contact Brenda Dennis or Laurie Wallace.
Also, we need items to sell at the garage sale. Please check your attics, basements, and garages for items you would like to donate to the club. Those with items can contact the Ways and Means Director, Larry Lanigan.
Finally, we need volunteers for the sale day. The day begins at 7:00 am at the Wesley United Church parking lot and ends at 1:00 pm.

In The Area
The Winter Festival of Lights is still a great opportunity to do some spectacular night photography while the snow is still on the ground. During the Winter Festival of Lights, Niagara Falls is transformed into a winter wonderland of shimmering lights. The five kilometre route along the Niagara Parkway is known as the Niagara Parks Winter Wonderland and includes three million sparkling tree and ground lights.
