IMAGE AWARDS
The
Trumbowl Competition
This competition is held
between the Welland Camera Club and the St. Catharines Camera Club.
This
year the competition was won by the Welland Camera Club.

Honsberger Award
This competition is held between
members of the Welland Camera Club and the St. Catharines Camera Club.
Dave Lindey accepts the award for his image "Golden Sunrise"
Gold Star
This award is given to Gold members who score 12 points or better on 14 images in their
“Monthly Image Competition”. This years winners are;
• Jerry Whitaker (22 images)
• Norm Beamer (17 images)
• Dan Ritz (17 images)
• Les Check (14 Images)
Len Trumble Award
This award was donated to the club by Al Howey Jewelers of Fonthill in memory of our former member Len Trumble.
This award is given to the member achieving the highest points total in the "Monthly Image Competition".

Joe Mocsan Image of the YearThis competition is held in memory of a recently deceased member who worked tirelessly to improve the club.
The top image in each division is recognized;
Top Bronze Division image was "Cardinal" by Paul Turton
Top Silver Division image was "Forgotten Tractor" by Darren Creighton
Top Gold Division and competition winner was
"Riveting" by Earl Reinink
The
Nature's Three Cup was donated by 3 former members (Jack Davis,
Alf Malcomson, and Len Trumble) that were avid nature photographers.
The winners this year were;
• Top Botany image was "Calapogon with Buds" by Jerry Whitaker
• Top Zoology image was "Back to the Nest" by Jerry Whitaker
• Top General image was "Rock Point" by Leigh Daboll
