Making a Manual Digital Competition Entry Provided you DO NOT have an Internet connection, digital files may be submitted to the Competitions Director for any club competition on a CD, or using a jump drive at least one week before the competition is scheduled to run. Two weeks advance entry are needed for the Len Trumble/Helen D'Amico Monthly Competition, this would be the 2nd Wednesday of each month in which a competition is held.
All submitted files must be in the JPEG (.jpg) format with a maximum resolution of 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high.( Images in a horizontal (landscape) orientation shall not exceed 1024 pixels and images in a vertical (portrait) orientation shall not exceed 768 pixels.)
For best colour, the digital files should be saved in the highest JPEG quality setting using the RGBs colour space.
The naming of digital image files MUST use the following format to be compatible with the club's judging system. Start with the image title, followed by an underscore (“_”), and then followed by the competitor’s name. (e.g. Image Title_John Public.jpg)
